My recommendation to the current students:
Be open to learn new things every day and network with colleagues from all over the world. Even today, I can still exploit valuable synergies, for example in the case of short-term personnel requirements.

Consistency, daily ability to motivate oneself and others in a difficult working environment, quick comprehension and even faster action, good leadership of employees with a touch of "strictness" when appropriate are the most important skills for me to be successful in my job as F&B Manager at Hard Rock Hotel Davos.
