Over one-third of Moroccan youth are neither employed nor in education, facing poor access to vocational training and stable careers,  especially in the culinary arts. 

How does the enterprise address it?

A 7-week immersive culinary training in Marrakesh combining hygiene, sustainability, Moroccan and Nordic cuisine, and live event execution.

Social outcomes

Trained 350+ young Moroccans, with a 90% graduation rate.


Achieved 95% job placement, including 40% in sustainable hospitality roles.


Built 25+ local partnerships to support internships, employment, and community outreach
