Food insecurity, nutritional inequality, lack of inclusive community dining spaces. 

How does the enterprise address it?

It transforms surplus food into gourmet meals in a dignified setting. Lunch meals are for customers, and evening meals are for target beneficiaries. It also trains marginalized individuals in restaurant skills and competencies. 

Social outcomes

Reduction in food waste (2 kg less per day in 2024) - Meals served - Local employment and food system resilience.
